Has Beyana obtained CE/FCC certification?

Currently, Beyana is actively evaluating CE/FCC certification matters, but has not yet obtained CE/FCC certification. During this period, we will provide complete technical documentation to assist customers in applying for market-specific certifications. Related certification costs are borne by the customer. If your market has mandatory CE/FCC requirements, we recommend confirming customs clearance and compliance pathways with us before placing an order. We can also provide relevant materials upon request.

How is data privacy ensured?

Beyana supports fully standalone/intranet operation. All computation and inference are performed locally without any cloud connection. For multi-device collaboration, end-to-end encryption is used. We commit: the device contains no remote backdoors and will not proactively send data outside. The supplier cannot remotely access your device or data.

Who owns the models, skills, and knowledge bases trained or generated by the customer using Beyana?

Accepted Answer

Everything belongs to the customer. Any skills, models, knowledge bases, configurations, or generated data you create while using Beyana are entirely your assets. We can only access related data for technical support with your explicit authorization.

What are the payment terms for official purchase?

Accepted Answer

We offer a flexible payment plan: • Standard Edition: list price $19,999. Pay $15,000 per unit to ship; pay the remaining $3,000 within 7 days after 30 consecutive days of trouble-free operation. • Professional Edition: list price $29,999. Pay $25,000 per unit to ship; pay the remaining $3,000 within 7 days after 30 consecutive days of trouble-free operation. POC fees can be fully deducted from the initial payment. We accept wire transfer in major currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP. Proforma invoices and formal commercial invoices are available.

Can I verify whether Beyana fits our business before purchasing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a paid Proof of Concept (POC) service: You may send us your test data, professional requirements, model requirements, etc. We will complete your requirements on Beyana within one week and deliver via full video recording, remote demonstration, etc. The fee for this process is $2,999, which can be fully deducted from the purchase price if you later buy Beyana. All data will be used only for this verification, protected by NDA, and permanently deleted immediately after completion. It will never be used for model training or any other purpose. Question 6

Is the $2,999 POC fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

The POC fee covers human and computing resource costs during verification and is therefore non-refundable. However, when you purchase Beyana, the fee will be fully deducted from the payment. If you are unable to purchase Beyana shortly after the POC, we will retain this fee for at least 12 months, during which you may purchase any of our devices or services. We believe the POC will help you fully understand the product value and make an informed decision.

Do you support returns?

Accepted Answer

Beyana is a custom-on-demand industrial device, so we do not support no-reason returns. However, for 12 months from the date of shipment, if the device has quality issues not caused by human factors, we will provide free repair or replacement. Please inspect the device appearance and basic functions within 7 days of receipt, and contact us promptly if any abnormality is found.

Which languages does the system support?

The current system interface supports English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Russian, and Arabic. Product user manuals and quick-start guides are provided in English. Documents in other languages can be provided upon request. Technical support is provided in English by default. If you need support in other languages, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can Beyana be customized for our specific industry?

Absolutely. The Eclaw platform allows you to create custom skills using the SKILL development platform, converting industry knowledge into executable agents without deep programming. We also provide professional customization services, including industry knowledge base construction, agent development, system integration, etc. Customization service fees are assessed based on workload. Question 10

How long is the warranty period, and what does it cover?

The warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering hardware failures and basic software defects not caused by human factors. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge. Human-caused damage, unauthorized disassembly, or modification is not covered. You may also purchase extended warranty services.

How do I get technical support?

Please email support@beyana.com. We will reply within 24–48 hours. For large enterprise customers, we can provide dedicated support plans, including 7×24 emergency response, a dedicated technical manager, and quarterly inspection support.

Question 12

Are software updates included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all firmware updates, base software updates, and security patches are included during the warranty period. After the warranty period, you may choose a subscription service plan to continue receiving updates. Critical security vulnerability patches will remain free for at least 12 months after the warranty period ends.

Question 13

What is the delivery lead time? What are the trade terms?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks after order confirmation. By default, EXW (Ex Works) terms apply; freight, insurance, tariffs, and customs clearance costs are borne by the buyer. If you need FOB/CIF/DDP or other trade terms, please negotiate with sales before order confirmation. We will provide a packing list and proforma invoice before shipment.

How long does installation and deployment take? Do we need professional personnel?

Beyana is ready to use out of the box. Standard deployment usually takes less than 30 minutes and does not require professional IT personnel. The first-time boot wizard will guide you through network configuration, account creation, and enabling basic functions.

Question 15

What is the product lifecycle and end-of-life support policy?

Accepted Answer

Beyana Standard and Professional Editions are planned to provide at least 5 years of hardware supply and software support. If the product is discontinued in the future, we will notify you 12 months in advance and guarantee continued provision of spare parts, repairs, and critical security updates for 2 years after discontinuation.
